Book Reviewers

We’d like to add at least one regular Book Reviewer to the team. Each month, Vagabond City publishes book reviews between 600-1,000 words. We think small press book reviews are particularly important and are looking for reviewers who can commit to writing reviews on a bimonthly or quarterly basis.

• a brief (1-2 paragraph) explanation of your interest in the role, your thoughts on Vagabond City Lit, and your previous experience.
• an example of at least one book review, published or not.

Translations Editor

Last year, we started publishing Poetry in Translation. We’re looking for someone to take on the role and help us continue publishing translated works. Editors are responsible for selecting pieces and responding to submissions in a timely fashion. We’d prefer an editor who has previous experience writing translations.
