white powder
runs
down his
nose
his laugh
is
ragged
lonely
and deranged
his fist is
bloody
i wonder
if
the blood
is mine
if his
fingers
are broken
from contact
with
soft flesh
if there will
be
a scar
or if
this is
just another
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
Never a
Monday
he works too
early
doesn’t have time
to beat
his woman
on Mondays
tries
to fuck
me
while
i’m asleep
instead
