VAGABOND CITY is a volunteer-run literary journal dedicated to publishing outsider literature. We seek to publish poetry and prose that fits outside the mainstream literary scene, yet remains of significant literary merit. We publish art, too. We accept and encourage authors and works of diverse social backgrounds. We’ve been called “funky.”
Following our Spring 2015 issue, we will only be accepting submissions from people in their late teens and twenties.
